The rumors are true. We are returning to Colorado. It is a bitter sweet thing for our little family. We love our life here in FL. This place has been our home for the last three and a half years. Our entire married life has been spent in this state shaping us into the people we are today. We have made many friendships here, some will just be a part of our past, but others we will have for a lifetime.
I know it is a huge move to make but I am excited for the exploration of new territory. It will be a time to reconnect with family and friends and an opportunity to make new ones. We don’t know where we will live, or work but we are trusting in God to take care of us. All we know for sure is that we are going and we will be in Colorado by July.
“Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?” Matthew 6:25-27
So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. Matthew 6:31-34
