Just when I think that we are unpacked I find more boxes. Of course they have random things in them that I am not quite sure where to put. Also this evening I thought I had finally completed laundry then I changed our sheets and found a sneaky pile of dirty clothes and the hamper is full. Goodbye sense of accomplishment.
Today I heard a story about a woman from Czechoslovakia who went to an American grocery store for the first time. When she saw all the food she just stood there and cried. She couldn’t believe all the food and how beautiful it is. May I be grateful for having clothes to fold and wash and belongings to find a place for.

Perspective is an amazing thing. Even as I print out a receipt for a bill I just paid I’m grateful for having the money to pay. That story can give us all a different perspective when we have to go to buy groceries. Looking at it as a privelege instead of a chore. :] you are awesome d.i.l.
